I just love my Crafter’s Companion Ultimate Tool and all the fun projects you can make with it! And I used some fun toppers from the Colorista range to kick it up a notch!
I made this cute little basked using my Ultimate Tool, and decorated the sides with some of the heart shaped toppers from the Spectrum Noir Colorista Watercolor Toppers pad, colored with the new Spectrum Noir Colorista Aqua pencils. A little touch of ribbon at the corners finishes off the basket very nicely, and it’s ready to be given as a gift with some little goodies for that someone special!
How adorable is this Verity Rose Cupcake stamp?!? She’s so full of elegance, and dainty, and everything a lady should be!
I’ve colored her up with my Spectrum Noir markers. I also added a border stamp and a teapot stamp from the Crafter’s Companion Downton Abbey line, also colored with Spectrum Noir markers. The sentiment, from the Crafter’s Companion Sentimentals Vintage Florals Sentiments stamp set, was stamped with Versamark ink and embossed with gold embossing powder.

I just love this Chastity Steampunk image from Scrapper’s Delights, and the sentiment from the Crafter’s Companion Vintage Floral Collection Sentimentals Sentiments Rubber Stamp Set was the perfect fit for the theme of the image.
I colored the image with my Spectrum Noir markers. The ribbon threading die on the left side is the Die’sire Classiques Ribbon Threading die. The sentiment stamp was stamped with Versamark ink and then embossed with gold embossing powder.

Popping in to share a beautiful card I made using the 5×7 Colorista Exquisite Florals Glitter Marker Pad. I colored this using Spectrum Noir Colorista Markers. I love how the markers blend on the glitter! There is also a tutorial on the Spectrum Noir website for how to color leaves using no-blend shading as shown here in this card. The tutorial can be found HERE.
The sentiment stamp is from the Crafter’s Companion Sentimentals Vintage Floral Phrases stamp set. The small floral and dot stamps are from Stamps By Judith and Heather.
Thanks for stopping by my blog!
Just popping by to share a quick card I made using one of the Spectrum Noir Colorista Background stamps, Background 3. I colored it with the Spectrum Noir Colorista colored pencils. This would also be suitable for framing, creating a journal cover, or many other crafty possibilities.
Check out the Crafter’s Companion website for more coloring goodies in the Spectrum Noir Colorista product line!
Sorry I’m late posting the new Spectrum Noir challenge! Life has been very busy lately, preparing for the holiday coming up and enjoying the birth of our grandson 🙂
Spectrum Noir’s April Challenge is in full swing, and the theme this month is Photo Inspiration. You can also enter an Anything Goes category. See challenge rule for details.
I’ve used the flowers from the challenge photo for inspiration to create this cute little gift box featuring stamps from the Sheena Douglass Perfect Partners Victorian Floral Lily stamp set. The box was created using Crafter’s Companion cardstock and the Crafter’s Companion Ultimate Tool. The lily stamps were colored with Spectrum Noir markers.
Please join us for the April Spectrum Noir Challenge, we would love to see your entries!

It’s been awhile since I played with my Spectrum Aqua watercolor markers, so I decided it was time to bring them out for a little play.
The US recently celebrated International Day of Forests, and these nature stamps from the Sheena Douglass A Little Bit Sketchy A Sheltering Tree and Lakeside Shore stamp sets are perfect for creating a beautiful scene. I put together a quick tutorial on how I created the scene, colored it using my Spectrum Aqua markers, and re-purposed a wall hanging from a discount store into a beautiful home decor piece. Be sure to check it out!

Ahh, the smell of Spring is in the air, finally! My flowers have been trying to peek through the ground for a few weeks, but a little frost and snow has delayed them, boo!
Well, the frost and snow can’t stop this flower! Hahaha!
I colored this flower from a page in the Spectrum Noir Colorista 5″x7″ Exquisite Florals coloring pad using Spectrum Noir Colorista markers, fussy cut it out and used that as the focal point of my card. I added a sparkly border using a blue Spectrum Noir Sparkle markers. Visit the Spectrum Noir website to see a tutorial on how to use the Sparkle markers to create these fun borders!
