Spectrum Aqua Watercolor Home Decor Tutorial

It’s been awhile since I played with my Spectrum Aqua watercolor markers, so I decided it was time to bring them out for a little play.

The US recently celebrated International Day of Forests, and these nature stamps from the Sheena Douglass A Little Bit Sketchy A Sheltering Tree and Lakeside Shore stamp sets are perfect for creating a beautiful scene. I put together a quick tutorial on how I created the scene, colored it using my Spectrum Aqua markers, and re-purposed a wall hanging from a discount store into a beautiful home decor piece. Be sure to check it out!

Spectrum Noir Vintage Sparkle

Have you seen the latest color additions to the Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens? These gorgeous Vintage hues are simply stunning!

Here, I created a gift box using my Big Score scoring board, and used the colored design for the topper. I colored these tropical stamps from the Sheena Douglass Tropical Nectar stamp set with Spectrum Aqua watercolor markers, and then overlaid the watercoloring with Vintage hue Spectrum Noir Sparkle markers.

The inside of the box has a fun little compartment for a special gift, and space left over to tuck in some yummy goodies!
